[SAO] Application for the Financial Assistance Scheme Post-secondary Student (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) for 2019/2020 Academic Year
According to the notice from the Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency, HKSAR, an online application system for the Financial Assistance Scheme Post-secondary Student (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) will be launched on 2 May 2019 for the upcoming academic year, 2019/2020.
Please noted that all students are required to apply either scheme via the online application system and no hardcopy of application form would be accepted. The following means are the submission of the declaration (for paper signing) and supporting documents required by the Agency:
- Upload the documents on the online application system; or
- Submit the documents by post to Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency; or
- Submit the documents in person to Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency
Online application submission deadline for HSUHK continuing students is 14 June 2019 (Fri).

*Tertiary Student Finance Scheme – Publicly-funded Programmes (TSFS) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Full-time Tertiary Students (NLSFT) is not applicable to HSUHK students.
