Imagine how amazing you will feel after working it out, and sweating it all out! No pressure from the instructor and follow your own rhythm.
Starting from 24 June, drop by our Dance Studio at Lee Shau Kee Complex anytime from 12:30 to 13:30, and work out while following our selected videos. There must be at least one workout that fits you. All students and staff are welcome! Take a break and refresh your mind!
