Registration Time and Location

• Location: 2/F, Lee Quo Wei Academic Building (please refer to the map).
• Time: Please arrive to complete registration 15 minutes before the event starts (i.e., by 1:45 pm or earlier).
• Notes: Latecomers may not be admitted to the main venue for the live welcome session and will be redirected to an alternate venue to watch the broadcast.

Registration Process
Before entering the venue, please proceed to the registration counter and present your successful registration confirmation email to the staff to complete your registration.

Eligibility

• Due to limited venue capacity, only successfully registered guests will be admitted. Unregistered individuals will not be accommodated.

• To allow more families to participate, each student is entitled to invite at most 1 guest to join the event. Thank you for your understanding.

• Students can also participate in the event, but due to the limited seating capacity in the venue hosting the welcome session, the participating students will be arranged to watch the live broadcast in another venue.

Transportation Arrangements
Please note that parking is not available for this event. Please use public transportation to come to the campus. For directions, please refer to this webpage.

Inclement Weather Arrangements
The event will be cancelled if any of the following warnings are in effect at or after 8:00 am on the event day (25 October 2025):

• No. 8 or higher tropical cyclone warning signal;
• Black rainstorm warning signal.
