Rules & Regulations
  1. Eligibility: Open to current HSUHK students only.
  2. Booking: Walk-in and same day booking only, for one slot per day (maximum 1 hour 45 minutes).
  3. Access: Arrive within 15 minutes of your booked start time.
  4. Care & Liability: You are fully responsible for all gaming equipment and are liable for any damage or loss during your session.
  5. Content Ban: Accessing inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content on the devices is strictly prohibited.
  6. Cleanliness: You must leave the Lounge clean and tidy and return all equipment properly.
  7. Consequences: Breaking rules may lead to immediate loss of access and disciplinary action by the University.
  8. Monitoring: The Lounge is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for security.
  9. Personal Belongings:The University is not liable for any personal property lost or damaged in the Lounge.
