Please note that the booking services for The Inspiring have been suspended due to the upgrade project until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
*Users are required to check in with their Student Identity Card or Staff Card at the Inspiring counter within the first 30 minutes of the reserved time slots. Otherwise, the reserved venues will be made available to other users automatically without further notice.
The claiming deadline:
Monday to Friday: 18:30 / Saturday : 09:30

Open for booking to staff and student organisations only for holding events or activities on below timeslots.
Monday to Friday: 18:00 – 21:30
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
(The Venue will be closed on Sunday and public holidays. For special opening hours on festival days, please refer to the SAO website/ eCampus announcement.)
