Please note that the booking services for The Inspiring have been suspended due to the upgrade project until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
*Users are required to check in with their Student Identity Card or Staff Card at the Inspiring counter within the first 30 minutes of the reserved time slots. Otherwise, the reserved venues will be made available to other users automatically without further notice.
The claiming deadline:
Learning Rooms 1 and 2: depends on your actual reserved time slots.
The Inspiring Full Venue: 10:30 am (since the entire venue will be reserved for the whole day starting from 10:00 am)
Learning Room 1 & Learning Room 2
Open for booking to all HSUHKers, including individual students and staff members, and student organisations.
The Learning Rooms can be booked separately. Users also have the option to combine Learning Room 1 and Learning Room 2 for additional space. Please ensure both rooms are reserved through the e-Booking system to secure the desired setup.
