Become an eligible user of the HSUHK Fitness Centre

  1. Read the following information thoroughly and watch the demonstration videos of fitness equipment.
  2. Complete and submit the Informed Consent Agreement and the "PAR-Q & You" Questionnaire via Microsoft Form. Submission by other means will not be accepted.
  3. Successful applicants will receive an email within 7 working days to confirm their eligibility as a user of HSUHK Fitness Centre.
