The Career Planning and Development team of the Student Affairs Office aims to provide tailor-made career services that help students explore and understand the industry sectors they are most interested in and enhance their skills, competencies and confidence necessary in the world of business.
We offer a diverse range of career development and training workshops including CV writing, interviewing skills, professional grooming, workplace adaptation and one-on-one career advisory sessions (CAS).

Mentorspire - HSUHK Career Mentorship Programme
Mentorspire – HSUHK Career Mentorship Programme (恒大事業啟航師友計劃) aims at providing valuable opportunities for HSUHK students to seek career advice and guidance from mentors who are seasoned professionals and senior executives from different industries.
During the scheme, mentors and mentees can decide upon their own meeting schedule. On the other hand, various social/ career activities will be organized by the SAO to further connect our large group of mentors and mentees.

HSUHK Early Careers Programme
The HSUHK Early Careers Programme is designed to provide students with valuable insights into workplace operations through job shadowing. Additionally, it assists students in showcasing their acquired knowledge through a project-end presentation and sharing session. GBA Career Exploration
The Career Planning & Development Section regularly organises a wide array of activities, including Specific Industries Workshops, Career Preparation Training, Career Exploration Tours and Internship Programmes to enable HSUHK students to get insights into the career development opportunities in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
