Become an eligible Fitness Centre user

In order to familiarize students, staff, and other eligible users with the fitness centre in Lee Shau Kee Complex, detailed instructions and guidelines for using the fitness apparatus and equipment are available on this website. 

To become an eligible user of the HSUHK Fitness Centre, please complete the following steps:

1. 1. All users are strongly advised to watch and read the following items carefully.
      • The demonstration video of the fitness equipment
      • User Guide for the Fitness Centre
      • Rules and regulations of the Lee Shau Kee Complex
   2. Complete and submit the SIGNED Informed Consent Agreement and the “PAR-Q & You” Questionnaire to the 2/F Service Counter of LSK Complex. You can also upload the documents to our Microsoft OneDrive. Submission by other means will not be accepted.
   3. Applicants will receive an email within 7 working days to confirm your eligibility as a HSUHK Fitness Centre user.
   4. Please purchase the Fitness Centre tickets at the PE Station located at LSK Complex and complete the check-in process before entering the Fitness Centre.
