恒大邀請賽(第二週) – 籃球 6月10日 恒大邀請賽2019第三日賽事繼續上演男子籃球及女子籃球分組賽,早上率先上演教大女籃對戰公大女籃。教大在比賽中一直領先,第三節曾將比數拉開至25:12,公大在第四節力挽狂瀾,最後公大以26:31不敵教大。 緊接著男子組的賽事,首先展開樹仁對公大的賽事。樹仁在第一節先由21號陳奕森先取6分,但公大一直處於上風,隊長5號譚進義表現出色,在今場獨取17分,尤其在第三節連取10分,斷定公大今場的勝利,公大以59:33勝樹仁。 接着有明愛迎戰強隊珠海。珠海曾在第二、三節分別落後33:34及40:47,但他們並未放棄,除了有3號黎志健投入19分,在第四節更由隊長5號蘇尚灜連轟12分反敗為勝,珠海最終以67:56勝出,並在B組分組賽以全勝姿態進入準決賽。 第四場賽事則由教大對決THEi,教大今場繼續發揮應有水準,由第一節已大大領先。今場每位球員在場上均有進帳,其中以24號文俊浩和25號余嘉寶的表現最為突出,分別為球隊取得20分和13分。最後以79:16的大比數勝出,成為A組分組賽第一名入準決賽。 今天壓軸一場賽事由恒大對戰職訓局,職訓局在比賽一直領先。雖然恒大在第四節嘗試力保不失,但最後以40:57不敵職訓局。而職訓局則以2勝1負的成績進入準決賽。 10 June 2019 The third day of the…

更多相片: https://sao.hsmc.edu.hk/pe-unit/events/hsuhk-sports-invitation-game/hsuhk-sports-invitation-game-2019/hsuhk-sports-invitation-game-2019-result-basketball 恒大邀請賽(第一週) 2019恒大邀請賽以東道主恒大女籃迎戰嶺大女籃揭開序幕,完半場嶺大女籃以輕微優勢領先,但東道主恒大女籃憑藉第三節多番迫使對方失誤後成功以快攻得分,最後以48:29勝出。緊接著職訓局女籃對陣教大女籃,有甲組球員何詠詩壓陣的教大女籃於全場領先下以51:25輕取對手。隨後上演男子組賽事,由公大對陣教大,雙方體力化壓迫性防守令得分偏低,全場處於拉鋸狀態下,教大於第三節末段打出一段8:2攻勢將比分拉開,最後以46:35勝出。之後有東道主恒大男籃迎戰明愛男籃,僅以6人出戰的明愛雖鬥志可加,但體力不繼下以57:73落敗。其後由THEi對陣樹大,完上半場雙方打成均勢,第三節樹大開始採用全場壓迫防守迫得THEi連番失誤,製造快攻機會建立領先優勢,第四節末段THEi多番成功防守下一度把比分收窄至3分,唯未能把握最後一擊追平,最後僅以4分之差落敗。壓軸出演的首日最後一場比賽由職訓局挑戰坐擁四名現役甲一組球員的珠海,第一節職訓局趁珠海未入局一度以雙位數分差領先,珠海站穩陣腳後逐漸追回比分,並以幾分領先完半場。第三節珠海憑黎梓健單節射入4球三分加上防守奏效,一度把領先優勢擴大至20分以上,最後以69:56擊敗職訓局,完成第一日的賽事。 恒大邀請賽2019第二日賽事同樣上演男子籃球和女子籃球分組賽,首先由公大女籃對嶺大女籃,嶺大今場僅以6名球員作賽,主力球員更受犯規問題困擾,最後以27:34不敵公大。其後由東道主恒大女籃挑戰教大女籃,教大在上半場迫使對方多番失誤再以快攻得分,半場時已將比數拋離,最後以67:22大勝。緊接上演男子組賽事,由公大男籃迎戰THEi打頭陣,公大憑體力化壓迫性防守令THEi難以組織攻勢,上半場已建立雙位數領先,最後以50:20大勝一場。其後由明愛挑戰職訓局,職訓局全場處於領先下以77:60擊敗明愛。之後上演另一場A組賽事,由教大迎戰樹大,教大整體命中率雖未如理想,但憑強橫的團隊防守以9分之差擊敗樹大。是日最後一場男子組賽事由東道主恒大挑戰珠海,珠海上半場外圍投射命中率偏低,相反恒大多位球員成功以外投取分,半場恒大以7分之差領先珠海。第三節珠海開始加強防守力度,令恒大一段時間未能得分,再加上主將蘇尚瀛和鍾俊昇內外強攻,把比分逐漸拉開,最後以62:55擊敗恒大。第二日賽事由恒大女籃迎戰職訓局女籃作終結,恒大女籃於上午已先完成一場賽事,稍作數小時休息後再迎戰職訓局,一日內打兩場比賽對球員的體力要求極大,恒大女籃的球員疲態盡現,唯職訓局上半場表現未如理想,恒大以15:4領先完半場。換邊後恒大的體力問題開始浮現,出現多番失誤令職訓局搏得不少快攻機會,於第四節末段把比分縮窄至三分,但未能把握最後一擊追和,結果恒大女籃以24:21擊敗職訓局女籃,正式完結第二日賽事。 In the first day of HSUHK Sports Invitation Game 2019, HSUHK Women’s…

聖約翰急救課程
St John First Aid Course

Date: 14-17 August 2018

SAO PE Unit arranged a four days “St John First Aid Course” to the students of Hang Seng Management College(HSMC) in the campus. First aid is the immediate care given to a person who has been injured or has been suddenly ill. It includes both self-help and home care if medical assistance is not available or delayed. First aid knowledge not only means the difference between life and death, but also helps you to determine the sequence and the priority of first-aid treatments during an emergency situation so that the greatest possible good may be accomplished for the greatest number of people.

The course covers about learning bandaging, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the first aid knowledge. We hope that the student could use this knowledge to serve the community in the future and help those in need.

學生事務處 體育組在學校舉辦了一個為期四日的 「聖約翰急救課程」,給予學生一個機會學習在遇到有人受傷或急病時,向傷病者提供的緊急救助,包括在救援人員到達之前進行的個人急救或家庭急救。急救知識不單可幫助拯救性命,也能協助有關人士在危境下決定救助傷者的先後次序,盡量減輕傷亡情況及保障最多人的安全。

課程內容包括學習包紮,心肺復甦法及急救知識等,希望學生於將來能運用這些知識來服務社會,幫忙有需要人

Pak Mei (also known as Bak Mei, Pak Mee, and Pai Mai) is believed to be one of the Five Elders of the Shaolin who survived a fire that destroyed the main temple at Henan and the subsequent slaughter of the monks that lived there.

The overall fighting style of Pak Mei is one of explosive power, strongly influenced by the ferociousness of the tiger combined with the sharpness of the leopard; it also incorporates some elements of the Shaolin Snake, Crain and Dragon styles.

白眉派,南拳門派,東江系,客家拳。始創人張禮泉。 白眉拳屬於南拳的一個流派,起源於明朝末年,據傳是四川峨嵋山白眉道人所傳,現在四川,廣東,香港,澳門等地較流行。其特點是剛強,連貫性強,路線寬廣。其拳法有衝搥,鞭搥,拋搥及箭搥…等。橋法有碎橋,穿摩,與塞手等。

巧固球於1969年起源瑞士,是結合手球﹑排球及壁球等運動而發展出來的,”巧固球” 這一名稱,主要是因為射網後發出”Tchouk”的聲音所以英文名為”Tchoukall” 。瑞士生物學者布蘭德博士從教育的團體遊戲觀點,創造了巧固球。以維持健康而有正當的競賽氣氛下,做不侵犯別人身體活動和禮讓的態度為宗旨,在比賽當中必需有「謙虛」﹑「禮讓」和「誠實」等君子精神,則有「君子球」之稱。

Flyball is a new sports combination of tennis, badminton and baseball. It improves hand-eye coordination, physical prowess, accuracy, and teamwork through competition and training.

旋風球源自於台灣,糅合了羽毛球、棒球和網球的技巧。球手需要巧妙地控制手腕的角度和力道,配合球拍特殊軌道的設計,做出精準且獨一無二的球路和落點。緊張刺激的比賽能訓練球手的手眼協調、專注力和敏捷度。玩法既簡單又安全,屬於老少咸宜的活動。

Extreme athlete Cheng Ka Shing has faced many challenges, both in life and sports. What is the psychology of him during the process of being knocked down? How does he deal with the situation and persist? He will share his ups and downs during this workshop.
