For Staff Only

Important Notes:

  1. Please read the “Rules and Regulations for the Use of The Inspiring” carefully before submitting the booking and agree to abide by the above rules. 
  2. User should contact SAO at 3963 5366 (SAO-PE Section) to claim and access the Venue, as well as to arrange for the Venue to be locked before leaving.
  3. Food and drinks (except water) are strictly prohibited in the Venue.
  4. No venue set-up services will be provided. Users shall set up the venue on their own based on the furniture available at The Inspiring and must revert the venue set-up on the event day. This includes returning the furniture to the original positions, as well as removing all decorations and backdrops, if any. 
  5. For any additional request on furniture and IT support, please approach CDMO and ITSC directly for assistance. 
  6. Users who reserved the Venue are liable for the cost of repair and/or replacement caused by misuse or negligence.
  7. Users can submit the booking up to 3 months prior to the event day. Bookings made in less than 14 days before the event date will not be entertained.
  8. All booking has to be submitted through the Room Booking System (Sports and Amenities Facilities > The Inspiring) .

Term Time ^

Mondays to Fridays: 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm 
Saturdays: 10:00 – 6:00 pm 
Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed 

Term Break ^

Mondays to Fridays: 10:00 am – 9:30 pm 
Saturdays: 10:00 – 6:00 pm 
Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed 

*The venue will be closed on Sundays and public holidays. For special opening hours on festive days, please refer to the SAO website or eCampus announcements.)

Monday to Friday: 18:00 – 21:30

Online Co-curricular Activities for Graduate Class 2019

Online Co-curricular Activities

Various work-at-home and/or on-line modes of participation of co-curricular activities would be organized by the Student Affairs Office (SAO) and other units of the University (e.g. English Learning Centre, Library & etc.) to facilitate students to engage in co-curricular activities at home.

Students may also earn the CS/ECA/PA Hour through participating in the activities organized by the external parties. You need to e-submission the record via here to SAO.

  1. Download the appropriate Letter of Certification below.
  2. Acquire signature and the official stamp from the organizing unit for certifying your participation, otherwise, your application will not be processed.
  3. Complete this online form and upload the endorsed application form and supporting document(s) (if any).
  4. Keep the original copy of the Letter of Certification and proof (if any) of your participation, in case of any dispute of record.
