For Student Organisations Only
Important Notes
- Please read the “Rules and Regulations for the Use of The Inspiring” carefully before submitting the booking and agree to abide by the above rules.
- Submission of detailed proposal & the completed “Application for Use of The Inspiring – 啟迪廊 by Student Organisations” are required for booking the venue in the Inspiring. Applications without the above documents would not be processed.
- Users who reserved the Venue are required to present a valid staff card or student ID card to claim the Venue via at The Inspiring counter in person.
- Food and drinks (except water) are strictly prohibited in the Venue.
- No venue set-up services will be provided. Users shall set up the venue on their own based on the furniture available at The Inspiring and must revert the venue set-up on the event day. This includes returning the furniture to the original positions, as well as removing all decorations and backdrops, if any.
- For any additional request on furniture and IT support, please approach CDMO and ITSC directly for assistance.
- Users who reserved the Venue are liable for the cost of repair and/or replacement caused by misuse or negligence.
- Users can submit the booking up to 3 months prior to the event day. Bookings made in less than 14 days before the event date will not be entertained.
- All booking has to be submitted through the Student Booking System (SBS)

- User should contact SAO at 3963 5366 (SAO-PE Section) to claim and access the Venue, as well as to arrange for the Venue to be locked before leaving.
- Food and drinks (except water) are strictly prohibited in the Venue.
- No venue set-up services will be provided. Users shall set up the venue on their own based on the furniture available at The Inspiring and must revert the venue set-up on the event day. This includes returning the furniture to the original positions, as well as removing all decorations and backdrops, if any.
