Online Co-curricular Activities for Graduate Class 2019
Online Co-curricular Activities
Various work-at-home and/or on-line modes of participation of co-curricular activities would be organized by the Student Affairs Office (SAO) and other units of the University (e.g. English Learning Centre, Library & etc.) to facilitate students to engage in co-curricular activities at home.
Students may also earn the CS/ECA/PA Hour through participating in the activities organized by the external parties. You need to e-submission the record via here to SAO.

- Acquire signature and the official stamp from the organizing unit for certifying your participation, otherwise, your application will not be processed.
- Complete this online form and upload the endorsed application form and supporting document(s) (if any).
- Keep the original copy of the Letter of Certification and proof (if any) of your participation, in case of any dispute of record.
