Your booking is considered successful only when you receive a confirmation email.

Please ensure that you are available at the specific timeslot before you make the reservation.

To complete the booking, please

  1. Upload your resume and/or cover letter at this link (need to log-in your HSU’s M365 account)
  2. Complete the pre-Career Advisory Session Survey at this link

Both submissions are required at least one working day before your appointment to help our career officers understand your background. Please name your file as “your name_resume” or “your name_cover letter”(e.g., “Chan Tai Man_resume”). Failure to upload the documents or complete the survey may result in the cancellation of your booking.

After you have completed Step 1 & 2 as instructed, your booking is then confirmed. Your career advisor will let you know the meeting venue or send you a link for the meeting (you may need to download and install Microsoft Teams to attend the session). Please join the meeting on time.
