The HSUHK Co-op Internship Programme is a unique three-way partnership between the University, employers, and students, designed to enhance students’ work experience and competitiveness in achieving their career goals.
Through a valuable 6-month structured work attachment, the Co-op Internship Programme provides students with the opportunity to develop technical and soft skills, gain industry insights, and build professional networks. This prepares students for a seamless school-to-work transition and increases their competitiveness in the job market. Simultaneously, the program offers significant benefits to the hiring companies.
For Employers:
The Programme allows you to build a pipeline of talent by vetting and screening student interns as potential future hires. Students participating in the programme are more likely to accept full-time return offers upon graduation, making it an excellent way to cultivate a pool of skilled and successful candidates.
HSUHK will support the initial screening, pre-internship training and post-internship evaluation
For Students:
Industry Training: Gain 6-12 months of relevant industry experience during your degree, providing valuable real-world insights into your chosen profession.
