The Personal Growth and Counselling Unit provides a wide range of services as follows:

個人成長及輔導服務有以下各類別的服務提供：

• Counselling / 個人輔導
• Consultation / 諮詢
• Psychological therapy (By clinical psychologist) / 心理治療 (由臨床心理學家負責)
• Mental Wellness and Personal Development Workshops / 心理健康及個人成長工作坊
• Training Activities (e.g. leadership training, volunteer training) / 訓練活動，如領袖訓練、義工訓練
• Peer Mentor Scheme / 朋輩導師計劃

Personal Growth and Counselling Unit is located at Room M612 (office of counselor) and M613 (Interview and meeting room).

辦公室位於M612，另面談室位於M613

Students may make appointments with the university counsellors by completing the online registration form or by email.

同學可填寫網上服務申請表格或通過電郵預約輔導員會面。

• All services rendered by Personal Growth and Counselling Unit to current students will be “free of charge” (except for purchasing related program materials).
• 所有提供予「現正就讀」恒大的同學的服務均不收費 (購買相關教材除外)
• All counselling information will be kept in strict confidentiality.
• 所有輔導個案均受私隱條例保障
• Intensive cases that have to be referred out and groups or mass programs which are jointly organized by Personal Growth and Counselling Unit and external organizations will be charged at an affordable price or according to the fees set by external organizations (e.g. private practice psychiatrist).
• 需要轉介到其他服務或與外間團體合作的服務 (如：私家精神科醫生)，會按對方要求收取合理收費。
