Be a BETTER You

Requirements: 

You have to take 3-4 photos of each workout and provide a reflection of this workout challenge (no less than 300 words, in either Chinese or English) featuring what you have learned or noticed the difference of yourselves within these 14 days or anything you want to share with us.

Try working out for just 10 minutes a day for 2 weeks and see your differences. Be a BETTER you!

 

5 PA/1.5 iGPS hours will be offered if you completed the 14 days challenge:)
