Tired of staying home all day long? Time to get active! Start your day with exercises to feel energized, active and full of happiness.
Procedures:
- Please apply using the E-registration form. Each student can enrol on ONE class only.
- You will receive a confirmation email after registration deadline.
- Please submit the online PAR-Q form before starting the class.
***Please prepare proper electronic equipment with cameras and monitor (e.g. smartphone, tablet). Set up the device at an appropriate spot to make sure you are visible during the class or you will NOT be counted***

Remarks:
- Each student can enrol ONE class. Those who fail to attend the class after successful registration will be limited to enrol for other PE activities in this academic year. Please check the result via e-registration.
- Students should get at least 75% attendance in order to get PA or ECA hours. Otherwise, no hour will be recorded, and student will be limited to enrol for other PE activities in this academic year.
- For Year one students, students can get IGPS for getting 75% or above attendance.
