 Exercise classes (February – March 2024) 

This semester, the University will provide 10 different types of exercise classes (a total of 11 classes) to students:  

  1. #Advance Fitness  進階健身 
  2. Fitball  健身球
  3. Yin Yoga  陰瑜珈  
  4. Pilates  皮拉提  
  5. Juggling  雜耍  
  6. Yoga  瑜珈  
  7. Fencing  劍擊  
  8. Badminton  羽毛球  
  9. *Muay Thai 泰拳 A  & B 
  10. Kendama  劍球 

# Participants who completed the Advanced Fitness Course (Full attendance) may register as users of the LCSD Fitness Rooms. 

*Students will have to pay a non-refundable fee of $120 for equipment rental. 

Enrolment Procedures and Details: 

  1. Registration period: from 10:00am, 19 January (Friday) to 6:00pm, 2 February 2024 (Friday). (Click here for e-registration).  
  1. The class will be cancelled if the enrollment rate is lower than 50%. 
  1. Each student can only enroll in ONE class. Students who fail to attend the class after successful registration will be limited to enroll in other PE activities in this academic year.  
  1. After you have successfully registered for a class, a message “Your submission is completed successfully.” will be shown at the bottom of the system and the status will stay as “Choice 1”. Please check the result via the e-registration system and students WILL NOT receive confirmation emails. 
  1. In case there are students withdrew from the class due to a timetable clash, thus freeing up quotas in the class that was originally fully registered, those who were unable to enroll in the first round can send an e-mail to Mr. Wong ( cwwong@hsu.edu.hk ) for inquiries. All available seats will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. 
  1. Students are required to have an overall attendance of at least 80% (4 out of 5 lessons) to receive any iGPS units.  
  1. Students will receive the exact number of hours or units based on their attendance rate and the record will be released on or before 15 April 2024 
  1. If students cannot fulfill the above attendance requirement, they will not receive any iGPS units.  
  1. Please wear proper sports attire when attending the class. 
  1. No classes will be scheduled on Public Holidays and School Holidays.
