AI Counselling Service
“AI is widely used as a counselling tool (e.g. ChatGPT) for three key reasons: convenience, anonymity, and low barriers to access. Users can alleviate stress and organize their thoughts during conversations with the AI. Compared to humans, AI Chatbot is often able to provide more comprehensive, objective, and rational advice and analysis.
人工智慧(AI)被廣泛用作諮詢工具(例如ChatGPT),主要有三個關鍵原因:便利性、匿名性和低准入門檻。使用者可以在與人工智慧的對話中緩解壓力並整理思緒。與人類相比,AI聊天機器人通常能夠提供更全面、客觀和理性的建議與分析。
The advantage of AI counselling is that, firstly, users can engage in real-time conversations anytime and anywhere, making it particularly suitable for those who need an immediate outlet to express their emotions or share their concerns. Additionally, it offers a high level of anonymity and privacy protection. In interactions with AI, users can freely discuss sensitive topics – such as depression, low self-esteem, or interpersonal relationship issues – without fear of being judged. The AI’s accepting and empathetic tone creates a safe space where users can feel a strong sense of security.
人工智慧諮詢的優點在於,首先,使用者可以隨時隨地進行即時對話,這對需要即時表達情緒或分享擔憂的人來說尤其適用。此外,它提供了高度的匿名性和隱私保護。在與人工智慧的互動中,使用者可以自由討論敏感話題,例如憂鬱、低自尊或人際關係問題,而無需擔心被評判。人工智慧接受性強且富有同理心的語氣營造了一個安全空間,使用戶感受到強烈的安全感。

However, AI is unable to provide professional clinical diagnosis and follow up, to keep a long-term record of users’ mental state, to provide targeted treatment plans, or to help users further uncover deeper psychological issues who may have overlooked. Face to face counselling is irreplaceable, and the public should not be overly relied on AI for therapeutic purpose.
然而,人工智慧無法提供專業的臨床診斷和隨訪,無法長期記錄使用者的心理狀態,無法提供有針對性的治療方案,也無法幫助使用者進一步發現可能被忽視的更深層次的心理問題,但面對面的輔導或心理諮商是無可取代的,公眾不應過度依賴人工智慧進行治療。
