             精神健康急救證書課程

            Mental Health First Aid                           Certificate Course

is one of the popular courses in the tertiary institutes of Hong Kong,

eg, HKU, UST, CityU, PolyU, HKBUHK, CUHK, HSUHK.

which is a knowledge and skill base training equipping the participants to provide immediate appropriate support and preliminary assessment to a person with suspected emotional or mental problem. 

The course can raise the participants’ awareness of mental health. Let them knowing how to stay psychologically healthy, dealing with daily stress,  maintain positive interpersonal relationships and enjoy their life.

    Peer Mentor Scheme

朋輩導師計劃

The Peer Mentor Scheme launched in 2015/16 academic year, which was recognized as a high-impact student initiative group serving HSUHK students. Peer Mentor aims to connect with HSUHK students through a variety means of programs to promote positive thinking and mental wellness at HSUHK campus.

身心健康工作坊

        Mental Wellness Workshops 

By creating artistic handicraft with the theme of nature under a safe and comfortable environment, participants will express their affections, acknowledge their potential, and foster deeper personal growth and development, as well as self-healing.

在安全和舒適的環境下,參與者將透過以自然為主題的藝術元素,創作藝術品,藉此表達自己的情感並了解自己的潛能,以促進更深層次的個人成長和治愈。

Clinical Psychologist Lecture

Psychological workshops or talks on topics related to psychological health
attracting students’ attention would be offered either by clinical psychologist,
psychiatrist, or related professional personnel.
The topics will be highly related to the identified needs of university students.

轉介本港精神科醫生 / Referral to Psychiatrist in H.K.

同學如有需要接受私家精神科醫生服務,可先預約輔導員作初步評估,如雙方同意,輔導員可介紹合適的精神科醫生及為同學撰寫轉介信。

If students require the services of a private psychiatrist, they may first schedule an appointment with a counsellor for an initial assessment. If both parties consent, the counsellor can recommend a suitable psychiatrist and write a referral letter for the student.
