To enhance students’ learning experience and to encourage students’ all-round development, HSUHK students are required to participate in a variety of co-curricular learning activities before graduation. Students are required to accomplish the requirements of iGPS Unit/ CS-ECA-PA Hours requirement according to the entry year and the year of intake.
Application Procedure for Activity Hour & iGPS Unit - For Student Organization Organizer
All iGPS unit claims should be submitted to the Student Affairs Office (SAO) for recording within the same academic year when the students have participated the activity.
CS/ECA/PA Hour conversion to iGPS Unit (for designated student group) will be automatically done by the system in eCampus.
The completed and endorsed form should be sent to Student Development and Campus Life Team of SAO – by email to sdcl.sao@hsu.edu.hk; AND – in-person with true-copy at M603.

For November, December, April and May, records will be updated twice a month. + Submission of records later than this date might result in the delay in the conferment of academic awards.

Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) Test Fee Reimbursement
Eligibility
Current HSUHK full-time undergraduate student at the time of application for PSC test fee reimbursement.
Current HSUHK full-time undergraduate student when sitting for the PCS test.
Took the PSC test organised by Putonghua Education and Assessment Centre of HSUHK.
Attained an overall band score of Second Class–Grade A (二級甲等) or above.
Point-to-Note
Each student is entitled to ONE reimbursement of PSC test fee during the study at HSUHK.
Application should be made within the same academic year of the issue of the result/certificate from the Putonghua Education and Assessment Centre of HSUHK to the online system.
Starting from 1 September 2020, PSC test fee reimbursed will be reimbursed on an actual amount of the test fee paid by the student as shown on the receipt.
In case of any dispute, the University reserves the right of final decision.

MyHSUHK (Student) -> Payment -> Bank Account -> Enter your Windows password to login
Add your bank account information.
Enter and upload your bank account information. (with your name and account number e.g. bank statement, passbook or bank account card)

Step 2: Complete online application form via SFR-APP (Reimbursement of Language Test Fee) and upload the following documents:
Original PSC Certificate
Official PSC test registration receipt showing the amount of the test fee paid (if you have lost your receipt, please contact the Finance office for re-issuing the receipt.)
Current HSUHK full-time undergraduate student at the time of application for IELTS test fee reimbursement;
Current HSUHK full-time undergraduate student when sitting for the IELTS test;
With the provision of valid IELTS Test Report Form at the time of application for IELTS test fee reimbursement; and
Attained an overall band score of 7.0 or above.
Point-to-note
Each student is entitled to ONE reimbursement of IELTS test fee during his/her studies at HSUHK.
Application should be made within the same academic year of the issue date of the IELTS Test Report Form.
In the event that student sat the IELTS test outside Hong Kong and paid the test fee in foreign currency, the reimbursement would be made with reference to the prevailing test fee in Hong Kong, whichever the lower of the test fee (to be revised subject to the change of the prevailing test fee).
