有關2019/2020年度專上學生資助計劃 (FASP) 及 專上學生免入息審查貸款計劃 (NLSPS) 的申請事宜
請各位同學留意：
獲香港特別行政區在職家庭及學生資助事務處的通知，2019/2020 年度的專上學生資助計劃 (FASP) 及 專上學生免入息審查貸款計劃 (NLSPS)的網上申請平台已於2019年5月2日開啟。
同學必需於網上遞交上述計劃的電子申請表格，書面申請書將不獲考慮。有關聲明書(如選擇書面簽署)及證明文件的遞交方法可以選擇以下任何一種方式遞交：
- a)遞交網上申請時一併上載至系統; 或
- b)郵寄至香港特別行政區在職家庭及學生資助事務處; 或
- c)親身遞交至香港特別行政區在職家庭及學生資助事務處
如同學符合專上學生資助計劃 (FASP) 的申請資格，並通過入息及資產審查，同學亦同時符合以下額外的政府資助計劃、恒大經濟資助計劃及其他海外學習獎學金的獲發津貼／申請資格：
– 關愛基金 — 為清貧大學生提供「院校宿舍津貼」(合資格學生無須另行申領此津貼)
– 關愛基金 — 增加「專上學生資助計劃」下的學習開支助學金 (合資格學生無須另行申領額外此助學金)
– 關愛基金 — 增加就讀專上課程有特殊教育需要及經濟需要學生的學習開支助學金 (合資格申請人請於2019年12月31日或之前填妥申請表)

Application for the Financial Assistance Scheme Post-secondary Student (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) for 2019/2020 Academic Year
Dear HSUHK students,
According to the notice from Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency, HKSAR, an online application system for the Financial Assistance Scheme Post-secondary Student (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) has been launched on 2 May 2019 for the upcoming academic year, 2019/2020.
Please noted that all students are required to apply FASP and/or NLSPS via the online application system and no hardcopy of application form would be accepted. The following means are the submission of the declaration (for paper signing) and supporting documents required by the Agency:
- a)Upload the documents on the online application system; or
- b)Submit the documents by post to Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency; or
- c)Submit the documents in person to Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency
The following additional Government financial assistance schemes, HSUHK Financial Assistance Schemes & Other Overseas Learning Scholarships are also eligible for student who has passed the means test and in receipt of Grants from Financial Assistance Scheme Post-secondary Student (FASP):
Community Care Fund Assistance Programmes
– Community Care Fund – Providing hostel subsidy for needy undergraduate students (Eligible students need not file separate applications for the subsidy)
– Community Care Fund – Increasing the academic expenses grant under the Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (Eligible students need not file separate applications for the additional grant)
– Community Care Fund – Enhancing the academic expenses grant for students with special educational needs and financial needs pursuing post-secondary programmes (Eligible applicants of the grant can complete and return the request form to the SFO of the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA) by 31 December 2019)
