Online PE Programs 網上體育活動

SAO – PE Unit organised a series of online PE programs  to encourage students to keep exercising at home and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Activities included “Let’s Plan and Workout”, allowed students to select the sports that suit their physical fitness and establish an exercise habit. “Physical Activity Diary” required students to submit a two weeks’ dairy to record at least 40 minutes of physical activities per day, aims at encouraging students to get involved in physical activities daily. Muscles building exercises, online stretching classes and yoga classes are also organized to facilitate interpersonal communication among instructors and fellow schoolmates and to encourage students and staff to keep exercising regularly at home in order to maintain good health and strengthen their immune system.
