Financial Support to Student Organisations

The financial support aims at subsidizing meaningful and diversified activities organised by student organisations under the Students’ Union at HSUHK. Student organisations should complete the Registration of Certificate of a Society issued by the Societies Office, Hong Kong Police Force and then open a Society’s bank account for fund transfer before the commencement of operation. No Joint Individual Savings Account will be accepted.

Subsidies

One-off Seed Money

To support the initial development of HSUHK students’ association, as well as to support the students’ association to achieve its purpose in its constitution.

For newly established Students’ Association (SA) and Student Residents’ Association (SRA) under the HSUSU

Student Activities Fund (SAF)

To subsidize meaningful and diversified activities organized by student organisations under the Students’ Union at HSUHK

For activities organised by student organisations, groups under the HSUSU or the University, or individual students.

Hsin Chong - K.N. Godfrey Yeh Education Fund for Joint Student Projects

To subsidize the joint-U student projects, in order to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation among students of the tertiary institutions and to encourage creative and constructive.

For the joint student project that is organized by students from at least three or more listed tertiary institutions.

Other support

Printing Quota

To support the basic operation cost of SU, SA and SRA, $3,600 for SU as well as $1,200 for each SA and SRA, in the form of printing quota, will be allocated every year.
