The HSUHK Global Internship Programme 2025 (Overseas part) offers a wide array of internship opportunities in various countries during summer 2025.

Target Students
Full-time undergraduate students of HSUHK (non-final year students are preferred)
Internship Period
Most internships are available during May – Aug 2025 with duration ranging from 4 – 12 weeks (exact period is to be decided by the internship host)
Stipend/ Allowance
Depends on internship hosts (some internships are unpaid, while some may offer allowance)

Remarks
- Students have to shoulder their own direct expenses e.g. visa application, round trip air ticket, daily transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.
- Students should arrange round trip air tickets, visa and accommodation by themselves
- Travel insurance will be provided by the university during the placement period (excluding the period of personal travel)
How to Apply
- Review the available vacancies and identify your top choices (max. 3 choices)
- Prepare your latest CV in English. We strongly recommend that you prepare your CV using the sample provided in the Career Guide as a reference.
- Write on the topic “What personal qualities do you have that will help you succeed in a global internship? in at least 100 words in English and save your essay in a MS word
- Complete this online application form and submit the required documents latest by 31 Dec 2024 (Tue). Please note that all applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, therefore, please submit your application ASAP!
Financial Assistance
Eligible participants under the Global Internship Programme may apply for the financial assistance schemes provided by the university and the HKSAR government. Please click this link to check for the scholarship details and eligibility.
