有關2019/2020年度專上學生資助計劃 (FASP) 及 專上學生免入息審查貸款計劃 (NLSPS) 的申請事宜
請各位同學留意：
獲香港特別行政區在職家庭及學生資助事務處的通知，2019/2020 年度的學生資助計劃 (FASP) 及 專上學生免入息審查貸款計劃 (NLSPS)的網上申請平台將於2019年5月2日開啟。
同學必需於網上遞交上述其中一個計劃的電子申請表格，書面申請書將不獲考慮。
有關聲明書(如選擇書面簽署)及證明文件的遞交方法可以選擇以下任何一種方式遞交：
- a)遞交網上申請時一併上載至系統; 或
- b)郵寄至香港特別行政區在職家庭及學生資助事務處; 或
- c)親身遞交至香港特別行政區在職家庭及學生資助事務處
恒大現讀生網上申請截止日期為2019年6月14日（五）。

*資助專上課程學生資助計劃(TSFS) 及 全日制大專學生免入息審查貸款計劃(NLSFT) 不適用於就讀恒大的學生。
[SAO] Application for the Financial Assistance Scheme Post-secondary Student (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) for 2019/2020 Academic Year
According to the notice from the Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency, HKSAR, an online application system for the Financial Assistance Scheme Post-secondary Student (FASP) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) will be launched on 2 May 2019 for the upcoming academic year, 2019/2020.
Please noted that all students are required to apply either scheme via the online application system and no hardcopy of application form would be accepted. The following means are the submission of the declaration (for paper signing) and supporting documents required by the Agency:
- a)Upload the documents on the online application system; or
- b)Submit the documents by post to Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency; or
- c)Submit the documents in person to Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency
Online application submission deadline for HSUHK continuing students is 14 June 2019 (Fri).

In case of doubt or discrepancy between two versions, the Student Finance Office, Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency’s version shall prevail.
*Tertiary Student Finance Scheme – Publicly-funded Programmes (TSFS) and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Full-time Tertiary Students (NLSFT) is not applicable to HSUHK students.
