
For Students
Students who wish to receive support are invited to register with us through Registration Form.
Students are welcome to fill in the online registration form with both English and Chinese.
Confidentiality is guaranteed within ethical and legal guidelines.
Accommodation Request Process
1. Complete Online Registration
Submit the online registration form along with all relevant documentation.
2. Individual Meeting with SAO D&I Team
The SAO SEN Team will arrange an individual meeting with the student to:
i. Verify the submitted documents
ii. Discuss eligible accommodations
3. Notification to Relevant Units and Lecturers
SAO will inform the relevant departments about your accommodation request.
Students should then discuss accommodation details with the lecturer of each course.
4. Special Examination Arrangement Notification
Students will receive an email from the Registry regarding special examination arrangements.
Please log in to eCampus-SEN Management System (log-in is required) to view the details.
5. Ongoing Communication
Students should maintain contact with the Student Affairs Office SEN case officer and may need to discuss accommodation details further with the lecturer of each course.
For Staff
Staff can refer cases by submitting the online referral form (staff log-in is required) or by email to sen@hsu.edu.hk with the student’s consent.
Our SAO Officers will contact the responsible staff shortly for further discussion on the tailor-made support services.
